Our sales/billing department open only during business days, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6PM IST (GMT +05:30). We verify each order manually; after your order/credit card is verified, we will activate your account. It should not take more than 24 hours to activate your account. Most of the time, it only takes one to three hours to activate your new account. In case of VPS hosting orders we need 24hrs time during business days. Processing of new orders for vps and dedicated servers received on saturday and sunday may be postponed to next working day. For dedicated server orders we need 24-72 hrs setup time.
