Yes, we do provide 24/7/365 support through our support ticket system and email. In addition, we do provide support through telephone and Live Chat Monday-Saturday from 9AM to 9PM IST. On average we resolve all support tickets within 1 to 4 hours of receiving them with most of them within the first two hours. More importantly, we do not outsource our support personnel to ensure that we provide the highest support quality to our customers.
