Why I am unable to access website when prefixed my domain name with www
This issue occurs, when you forget to check the www check box in domain form while adding domain name to plesk. Check below given screenshot. You need to check that check box to access website using www while adding domain to plesk. To correct this issue, remove the domain from your plesk account and add again keeping the www check box checked.
